The first face-to-face project meeting within the project “Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0 and Human Resources Management: Innovative skills to enhance HE students’ employability, flexibility and transversal capabilities” – DigiWork, Project No 2021-1-PL01-KA220-HED-000032182 was held in Bratislava, Slovakia on 05.05.2022 and 06.05.2022. The meeting was hosted by KLASTER AT+R ZPO and attended by consortium partners.
The main aims of the meeting were to share and discuss project`s results and planned activities. One session was dedicated to the progress of IO1 – A research on innovative skills and best practices to enhance HE students’ employability, flexibility and transversal capabilities and develop effective digital work-based approaches. All partners shared information on their national reports and research and presented their best practices. Other sessions were dedicated to the other IOs, including IO2 – Online training curriculum: methodology of development and delivering and IO3 – Learning contents, workplace guidelines and skills assessment tools.
At the end of the meeting partners discussed and scheduled the next face-to-face partner meeting that will be held in Riga, Latvia in September, 2022.
