Margarita Angelova
International Projects Coordinator
Ms Margarita Angelova has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from the Sofia Univeristy “St. Kliment Ohridski”. She has been a member of the ECQ team since 2006. She has gained valuable experience in international project preparation, management and reporting of different national and EU funded projects. She has been directly involved in 12 LdV projects, 2 IEE projects, 1 Grundtvig Partnership, 3 Cross-border projects /BG-GR/, 14 Erasmus+ KA2 projects. Ms Angelova has been the Coordinator of the project “Facilitating Organisational Innovation – FLOURISH” (№2018-1-BG01-KA202-048014) which has been awarded with Mark of Excellence during the Annual Valorization Conference of the Bulgarian National Agency: „20 years Human Resources Development Center – „Erasmus+ – Changing lives, Opening minds“.
Ms Angelova was also Coordinator of the international projects “Towards a More Innovative Workplace” (№ 2014-1-BG01-KA202-001634) and “Creativity Development & Innovation Training Package for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises – I-Create” (№ 2011-1-BG1-LEO05-05031) which also received prestigious awards as good practices by the Bulgarian National Agency.
Areas of professional interest: ICT, sustainable tourism, creativity and innovation, intercultural training, entrepreneurship, vocational education and training, recognition and validation of non-formal and informal learning.

Admira Boshnyaku
Expert in EU programmes & Management Systems
Ms. Boshnyaku has been a part of the ECQ team since June, 2012. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy – Sofia and currently is a PhD candidate in Industrial economics in the same university. She’s a certified internal auditor for the following standards: ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems; ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems; ISO 50001:2018 – Energy Management Systems. Ms. Boshnyaku has rich experience in the development and subsequent management of both national and international projects. As part of the ECQ team she has been involved in the implementation of many international projects under Lifelong Learning Programme, Intelligent Energy Europe and Erasmus+ and national projects under “Innovations and competitiveness” and “Human Resources Development” Operational Programmes.

Yuliya Arabadzhieva
Senior expert in EU programmes
Ms. Yuliya Arabadzhieva has a Bachelor’s degree in British and American Studies. Before joining the ECQ team in 2008 she gained experience in the non-governmental sector with a focus on activities involving work with vulnerable groups. She took part in several trainings in advocacy and age awareness rising and was in charge of a project aiming at the integration in society of vulnerable older people. Ms. Arabadzhieva has been involved in the implementation of EU funded projects for over 10 years now. During this period, she has been dealing with cross-cultural issues, ethical competence, vulnerable groups and entrepreneurship among others. Ms. Arabadzhieva has further developed her professional competences managing projects under various EU programmes, including Lifelong Learning Programme, Erasmus+, Operational Programme “Innovation and Competitiveness” 2014-2020 and its predecessor Operational Programme “Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy” 2007-2013. Following the requirements of her position as a project manager, she is well acquainted with the whole project cycle management processes including proposal writing, project implementation and reporting.

Borislava Zaharieva
Senior Expert in EU programmes
Mrs. Borislava Zaharieva – Tomova joined the ECQ team in May, 2013. She has a Master’s degree in International Relations at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridsky”. Her professional background started with a two-year engagement in the NGO sector, working on a variety of international project initiatives in cooperation with Bulgarian and Swiss partners for the promotion and support of direct citizen participation at national and European level, democratic and sustainable development of society and its structures. Afterwards, she spent five years in the banking sector, gaining experience in risk management and assessment of Medium-sized enterprises. Currently, Mrs. Tomova is engaged in the preparation and implementation of projects under various national operational programmes (Innovations and Competitiveness, Human Resources Development) and European programmes (Erasmus +, Horizon 2020, Leonardo da Vinci, Intelligent Energy Europe). She actively participates in the whole project cycle management, from the project idea to the valorization of project results.

Milena Geleva
Expert in EU programmes
Mrs. Geleva has solid experience in project management and implementation. She has studied “Economics and Business Administration” and “Diplomacy and International Relations” at New Bulgarian University. Her professional background has provided her with in-depth knowledge in the field of project management, marketing, content editing and writing. After joining ECQ team, Mrs. Geleva has been directly involved in the preparation and implementation of projects under various national and European programs, such as Erasmus+ KA2 VET and Higher Education. Milena Geleva is especially passionate about innovation and educational-related projects.

Milena Goneva
Expert in EU programmes
Mrs. Milena Goneva has a Master’s degree in Sociology and Business administration. Before joining the ECQ team in 2015 her professional background is related with the non-governmental sector and work with vulnerable groups, in particular people with disabilities. For the last 10 years she took part in several projects aiming at the integration in society of people with disabilities through provision of social services, awareness raising campaigns, promotion of employment and etc.
As a part of ECQ Ltd. team Mrs. Goneva is involved in elaboration and implementation of EU funded projects under “Human Resources Development” and “Innovations and competitiveness” Operational Programmes and Erasmus + Programme. She is dealing with projects in the field of improvement of production capacity of SME, promotion of employment among unemployed and inactive persons, enhancement of opportunities for people with disabilities at the labour market through better access to professional training and realization.

Maria Tasheva
Expert in EU Programmes
Maria Tasheva has a Master’s degree in Innovation, entrepreneurship and finance and Bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Forestry University. Her working experience before joining the ECQ team is considerable and in various spheres – National authorities, NGO and IT business. She has participated and led multiple EU projects, entrepreneurship initiatives and competitions, like Rinker’s challenge, Innovation in action, various international projects, trainings and networks. Mrs. Tasheva has been full and part time involved in various activities related to the youth sector and relevant programs (Youth, Youth in Action, Erasmus+, EYF, CoE, National programmes) for more than 15 years. Main fields of expertise and interest are project development and management alongside with training and education, especially non-formal one. Mrs. Tasheva has significant experience in development and conduction of trainings and workshops. She has valuable experience and expertise in Monitoring and evaluation, impact analysis and reporting.

Gergana Dimitrova, PhD
Senior expert in EU programmes
Gergana Dimitrova holds a PhD degree in Political Science from the Central European University, Budapest and is a former International Policy Fellow at the Open Society Institute and the Centre for Policy Studies in Budapest. She has over 11 years of experience in the development and coordination of international projects focused on higher education, technology, sustainable development and innovation. She has also been engaged in project-related academic and policy research in the above fields. As part of ECQ Ltd. team, Gergana Dimitrova is focusing on the development, management and research-related activities of international projects under the Erasmus+ programme. She is especially passionate about technology-related projects.

Darina Marinova
Expert in EU programmes
Ms Darina Marinova holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from University of National and World Economy, Sofia. During her Master degree in International Economic Relations and International Project Management she took part in the “Erasmus” Exchange program and she did an academic term in “Vrije Universitet Brussel” in Brussels, Belgium. Before joining ECQ team, she was working in an international Law company, where she gained significant organizational experience. In her previous position she was responsible for providing various kinds of administrative assistance, elaboration of accounting and financial documents.

Ana Antonova
Expert in EU programmes
Ana Antonova has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and European Institutionsand a Master’s degree in Political Science and Government from Università degli Studi di Milano (Milan, Italy) and is currently completing her PhD in International Law at Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski (Sofia, Bulgaria). Before joining the ECQ team, Ana has gained an extensive experience with international relations, customer service and trade negotiations, through her almost four years working experience for the biggest and most visited international exhibition centre in Italy – Rho-Fiera Milano (Milan, Italy). In addition, she is a former Expert – Schengen, Borders, Migration and Asylum at the EU and International Cooperation Directorate, Ministry of Interior (Sofia, Bulgaria), primarily working on the Blue Card Directive and migrant integration. She has a profound interest in asylum and refugee law, terrorism and counter-terrorism, migrant integration, international and European law and human rights.
As part of the ECQ team, she is dealing with projects related to human rights, equality and migrant integration.
