VET students looking to land their dream job can now polish their skills thanks to a new learning platform. The I-CAREER learning platform equips students with the essential tools they need to succeed in the competitive job market, including soft skills development, crafting compelling job application documents, and interview preparation with simulated scenarios. The platform has been developed by the consortium of the Erasmus+ I-CAREER project and is freely available to anyone interested to improve their soft skills and job prospects. By providing a comprehensive learning experience, this platform empowers students to confidently navigate the job search process and make a strong first impression on potential employers.

The platform is available in all partner languages: English, Bulgarian, Polish, Portuguese, Italian and Greek.
The project: „i-CAREER – Integrated training program package for VET students“, ref. number: 2021-1-PL01-KA220-VET-000033085, aims to implement an intergraded training program in order to develop VET schools pupils’ soft skills and, at the same time, contribute do diminish the gap between the demand in the labor market and the skills offered by VET education.
