On 21.06.2023 (Wednesday) at Grami Hotel Sofia, with address Aleksandar Malinov Boulevard 79G, 1712 g.k. Mladost 4, Sofia will be held a conference promoting the results of the project “ServiceDigiCulture – Digital and Sustainable Service Innovation for the Cultural and Creative Sectors” (ref. No2020-1-FI01-KA227-ADU-092663). The project is funded under the Erasmus+ programme, Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Strategic Partnership for Adult Education.
ServiceDigiCulture aims to tackle challenges created by COVID-19 and future crises by developing the skills of unemployed,
employed and self-employed people and micro and small organisations in the cultural and creative sectors to foresee and react to changes, using service innovation and service design. The project therefore helps them maintain and enter the labour market, and enhances their ability to employ themselves and others.
The skill areas focus on innovating and reinventing services, making services of products to be delivered to customers in the new post COVID-19 society, harnessing digitalisation, and strategic foresight to tackle any future challenges and changes.
The main outputs of the project’s activities will be presented at the event – the ServiceDigiCulture toolkit, training, handbooks and foresight guide.
Apart from the knowledge-packed sessions, the ServiceDigiCulture event will also feature ample networking opportunities. Attendees will have the chance to connect with like-minded professionals, engage in meaningful conversations, and build relationships that can pave the way for future collaborations.
