In the period 13-17 November in Lisbon, the warm and colourful capital of Portugal, ECQ team met with our partners from ENACT project (“Enhancing Governance, Management and Reform in Sri Lankan Universities through Non-Academic Staff Training”, ref. no. 609871-1-2020-1-LK- EPPKA2-CBHE-JP). We spent together five unforgettable and fruitful days in Transnational training workshops on different topics (joint development collaboration workshop on drafting a non-academic staff training and development strategy at each of the six partner universities from Sri Lanka, Work Package 2).
Now that we recharged with new forces and positive thoughts, we are ready to go further in the implementation of the ENACT project, namely – integrating non-academic staff learning and development into university operations (Work Package 3).
