Yesterday we completed the ESTET 3-day online Train the Trainers Workshop. We are very happy that we had the opportunity to participate, to meet with different participants and to share and discuss ESTET project materials. During Day 1 (29th of March) it was presented Module 1 of the ESTET learning resources that covered topics of “Sustainable tourism development”. The partners from MROT and ALBEA presented very insightful information including the use of GSTC Criteria to improve sustainability of a destination and of a tourism business. Day 2 (30th of March) was dedicated to Module 2 – “Sustainability-related skills and Instructional design approaches”. The partners that organized the activities for this day were Promimpresa and ECQ. After sharing the theoretical information included in the module, participants were split in small groups and had to complete tasks and to answer questions by using the information and materials from the modules. During the last day of the training (31st of March) SAN and EM-Th RDE presented Module 3 that is “Learning resources for the development of sustainability skills”. The materials developed as part of the project were presented to the participants. These materials and resources include videos prepared by FIPL partner, self-learning projects and web-quests that all partners have developed so far. All sessions were followed by interesting and fruitful discussions during which participants shared their opinions and personal experiences. They also provided very constructive feedback regarding the materials and topics that were presented during the training.  We are very happy that we participated in this training workshop and we had the possibility to share ESTET materials with the participants, as well as to receive their opinions and comments.
