The second transnational project meeting of “Back to the Games” project took place in Barcelona on November 5th and 6th, 2024. The meeting brought together representatives of the 6 project partners to discuss project progress, address challenges, and plan future steps. Key topics included: update on project implementation, update and planning of the activities in WP3 Development of B2Gs learning modules, WP4 Design and development of B2Gs platform and WP5 Dissemination and Sustainability. Within the framework of the project meeting a Cross-functional collaboration and knowledge transfer workshop between partners was organized. During the workshop the partners discussed and aligned with the learning modules design, as well the structures of the visual and written instructions. Among the positive outcomes of the meeting are:
+ Increased knowledge sharing: the workshop provided an opportunity for participants to share their knowledge and experience with regard to the topics explored in the project and the learning materials. This led to a better understanding of the project, the methodology, and the overall goals.
+ Improved collaboration and increase partner engagement: the workshop helped to improve the partners’ collaboration by promoting clear communication and developing strategies for working together effectively.
+ Enriching the B2Gs learning contents with variety of perspectives, which will lead to enhanced project learning contents as different viewpoints will be considered and evaluated.
