Up&Up4ds is a European project designed to explore and transform the digital experiences of young people by addressing gender stereotypes, online violence and digital citizenship.
Building on the success of the original Up&Up initiative, this project brings together partners from Italy, Spain, Romania, and Bulgaria to co-create tools, research, and training activities that raise awareness and drive change across digital platforms.
Aims and objectives:
The main objectives of the project are:
1. Raise awareness about the importance of digital skills and how they can benefit individuals and community.
2. Identify and challenge gender stereotypes that may be preventing individuals from developing their digital skills (i.e. Women in STEM).
3. Raise awareness about the risk of violence online (cyberviolence and cyberbullying) through the implementation of a blended training course.
4. Increase social and civic skills in order to create a more inclusive and less discriminatory society.
Planned activities:
The project stipulates the following work packages:
WP1 Project Management
WP2 Online content analysis and deconstruction of gender stereotypes WP3 Educational package for teachers, with specific focus on cyberviolence and cyberbullying

WP5 Evaluation
Target groups:
The main project target groups are:
1. Teachers, educators, trainers
2. Young women and men that have to raise their awareness of the digital society
3. Stakeholders and other important key actors
