European Center for Quality Ltd hosted the second project meeting of the CO-HOST project, was held on 21 and 22 November 2023 in Sofia, Bulgaria. A project team of 10 partner organizations gathered online and in person in order to discuss key aspects of the project across various work packages.
The meeting gave a chance for comprehensive summary of the progress made in Work Packages 1 through 5, highlighting both completed and pending activities (discussion led by EGINA). With regard to the establishment of the International Network (WP2),
final checks were conducted on the created international network and findings from the national reports were presented. The International report with a specific focus on outlined training needs was shared by ReadLab.
The ENNE MOOC took center stage, with valuable feedback from Western Balkans partners shaping the discourse. Additionally, initial discussions on the adaptation and creation of MOOC content sparked collaborative brainstorming.
WP3 discussions revolved around strategies for organizing VET Staff Virtual Exchange (moderated by ECQ) and ongoing evaluation planning, the latter being coordinated by ReadLab. A dedicated recap session also took place, shedding light on MOOC content to be created.
WP4 delved into preliminary planning for mobility activities, with EU partners presenting plans for company involvement in Work-Based Learning (WBL).
In WP5, attendees received a comprehensive recap of dissemination activities. Initial discussions on organizing Awareness Campaigns and planning for Multiplier Events in Western Balkan countries underscored our commitment to broader outreach and impact.
The meeting concluded with a thorough recap of the outcomes, showcasing the collaborative spirit and dedication of the team. Plans for future online monthly meetings and the eagerly anticipated Transnational Project Meeting in Portugal were laid out, ensuring a seamless continuation of the project’s journey.
