2REVIVE Second project meeting in Naxxar, Malta




The second transnational meeting within “Revival entrepreneurship through second chance” – 2REVIVE project (Ref. № 2017-1-PL01-KA202-038525) was held in in Naxxar, Malta on 26.07.2018 & 27.07.2018. The meeting was hosted by AcrossLimits Ltd. and in total, 13 participants took part in the meeting and all project partners were represented. The meeting was conducted successfully due to the active involvement of all team members and the friendly and collaborative atmosphere that was created.

All participants had the opportunity to present, discuss and analyze the results from the country reports developed by each partner conducted within O1 – Research on behavioural attitudes towards second-chance entrepreneurship. A special attention was paid to the stories of success elaborated by the partners. During the second part of the meeting, the preparatory activities of O2 Online self-assessment tool were commenced. AcrossLimits which is the leading partner of O2, was in charge of the discussion about how to implement the tool, what type of questions to be developed and in what format to be presented on the tool. This panel was the most time-consuming part of the meeting since important decisions were taken and the basis of the tool and its purpose were understood and made clear to everybody. In the end, an action plan with a list of exemplary activities, task distribution and a timetable for them to be undertaken was created with the help of all partners.

Later on, presentations of a plan for O3 - Guide4Mentors and O4 - Guide to second-chance entrepreneurs’ success were made by the respective leading partners of the intellectual outputs. The areas of Dissemination and Exploitation, Project Quality Management, Project and Risk Management were presented separately. Avsi Polska delivered a chart with deadlines and templates regarding the submission of the interim report accounting for the activities completed during the first year of 2REVIVE project implementation.

Overall, the meeting was very productive and touched upon the most important topics concerning the 2REVIVE partnership and preparation of intellectual outputs 1, 2, 3 and 4. The next transnational meeting was set to take place in January, 2019 in Gouda, The Netherlands where partners will review the achieved results and progress mainly from output 2, discuss final details regarding the interim report to be sent in the end of January and plan the future activities to be undertaken.
