Pilot Program of the Management Consultant School

http://www.ecq-bg.com//documents/20170221_100630_852.jpgIn the period 25.11.2016 – 03.12.2016 in Copenhagen and 20.02.2017 – 24.02.2017 in Sofia took place the test of the education program for Management Consultants developed under the Erasmus+, KA2 Project “European Management Consultant - competency development programme”, ref. No 2015-1-PL01-KA202-017065.

The education program is career oriented and offers opportunity for development for both experienced and potential consultants. The content of the program has the focus on the framework for competency standards for management consultants. To ensure the high quality of the School Program the partner countries – Poland, Bulgaria, Netherland and Denmark – have invited 16 participants in order to test the School program in terms of feasibility and level of acceptance as well as effects of learning.

Thanks to the received feedback the programme has been adjusted further meeting in full the needs of practicing and/or future business consultants.

Trainers at the course were:

  • Poul Gøbel, MSc (Econ.) and chairman of CMC Denmark. Poul has been working as consultant since 1986 and has his own company (www.goebelconsult.dk and www.cmc-cg.dk ). Furthermore he is an external examiner on the Copenhagen Business School and active as member of Board of Directors.
  • Steen Vierø Petersen, BA and MDM in Management. Member of board in CMC Denmark and PMI Denmark. Steen has been working as consultant since 1988 and has his own company (www.svpmanagement.dk and www.cmc-cg.dk ).
  • Jesper Knudsen MSc (E). Jesper has been working as consultant since 2001 and has his own company www.jesperknudsen.com. Furthermore, he has been an external examiner on the IPMA Project Management Program and he is active in Danish Project Management Association.
  • Niels Dalhoff, founder of Dalhoff Consulting, has worked as a management consultant, coach and trainer within leadership and organizational development since 1989. For a period of 11 years, Niels also held managerial positions in DONG Energy and Scandinavian Airlines, responsible for leadership and organisational development, as well as implementation of LEAN. He has a Masters from Oxford Brooks University in 2008 and believes in a coaching approach to solve most challenges in life.
