AutoMa Kick-off Project Meeting, Rome, Italy

The kick-off meeting of the project “Automation, Technology transfer   and Managerial practices for the growth of SMEs, a better   employability and the promotion of the entrepreneurship” (Project Ref. №: 2016-1-ITO1-KA202-005599) was successfully conducted in Rome, Italy on 21-22 November, 2016. The meeting allowed for detailed introduction to the partner organisations and provided an insight into the transferred project - ARIALE. It also allowed a detailed examination of all project activities and intellectual outputs.

10 representatives of the five partner organisations participated in the meeting and discussed the work plan and timetable that will form the basis of the work that will be carried out in the next 30 months.

During the two day meeting, partners had the opportunity to discuss the various project outputs in depth. Discussion topics included the project’s quality and risk management, financial and administrative requirements, a research framework, and principles for engagement of target group members through local consultations-groups as well as parameters for an effective dissemination and exploitation strategy of the project.

The next meeting of the project partners is in Sofia (Bulgaria) in April 2017, where progress and milestones achieved will be reviewed.
